The developer will perform coding and analysis, collaborate with project management, technical peers, business operations, IT resources, and transportation intelligent transportation systems device stakeholders, and handle full project lifecycles including requirements, testing, and delivery. The role includes rotating technical on-call duties and requires strong problem-solving, business aptitude, and front-end and application-development experience. It is a hybrid assignment requiring relocation before starting, with alternate weeks of two or three onsite days, lasting up to 12 months with possible extension.
