Description
The Front-End Development Manager leads early-stage project execution at TetriX Modular from client engagement through preconstruction handoff. The role defines project scope, delivery strategy, assumptions, and risks; supports business development and client relationships; develops initial ROM budgets and feasibility assessments; and transitions projects into Preconstruction with accurate scope and direction. It also contributes to standardizing front-end workflows and building a scalable front-end system. The position requires 8–15 years of construction, preconstruction, or development experience, along with conceptual estimating, client management, and modular construction knowledge.
