Description
The Front End Lead, Ecommerce supervises and supports the Front End team and manages online order fulfillment through Instacart and Mercato. The role handles customer inquiries, order confirmation, payment processing, cash reconciliation, inventory and supply ordering, display maintenance, cashier training, and incident resolution. It requires onsite availability, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work for up to eight hours, and at least one year of retail supervisory experience. Compensation is $22–$24, with medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, a 401K match, and other benefits.
