Description
The MEMS Quality Engineer will ensure product quality across front-end wafer manufacturing and wafer probe operations. Responsibilities include reviewing manufacturing and probe changes, managing non-conforming lots, tracking quality indicators, resolving customer-affecting issues, coordinating with Operations, PQA, Product Development, and HQ Quality, supporting line stress plans and technology transfers, and managing customer audits. The role requires a graduate in engineering, physics, or a related science, a quality-oriented mindset, and at least five years of experience; wafer manufacturing and probe expertise and Green Belt certification are advantageous.
