SpartanNash is hiring a front-end retail supervisor for its Madison, Wisconsin grocery store. The role provides customer service and supervises front-end operations in the absence of the Customer Service Manager, including overseeing transactions, returns, product handling, staffing, scheduling, training, productivity, store standards, safety, and guest experience. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, computer proficiency, accounting and bookkeeping skills, financial analysis and budgeting abilities, delegation and implementation skills, product knowledge, suggestive-selling ability, and strong attention to detail. The position requires extended standing and walking and lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally; work visas are not sponsored.
