TJ Maxx, part of TJX Companies, is hiring a retail front-end leader to promote excellent customer experience, oversee Associates at the front of store, train and coach team members, support POS coverage and breaks, address customer concerns, and help maintain store standards, safety, shrink reduction, and loyalty/credit program promotion. The role requires flexible availability including nights and weekends, strong merchandising, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, plus 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience. The position is based at a TJ Maxx store in Stafford Township, New Jersey and pays $16.92 to $17.42 per hour.
