Description
The Janitorial Supervisor oversees and coordinates janitorial staff, schedules and trains employees, manages cleaning supplies, conducts quality inspections, responds to urgent cleaning requests, and maintains OSHA and safety compliance. The role requires prior janitorial supervision, facility maintenance, or related experience, leadership and communication skills, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and experience in a large warehouse or distribution center. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST, with pay of $23 per hour and possible night and weekend shifts.
