Bell is hiring a Front Line Leader to manage and direct the daily manufacturing activities of up to 25 union-covered employees at its Drive Systems Center in Grand Prairie, Texas. The role assigns work, directs reports, handles disciplinary matters, manages union production requirements, tracks performance metrics, and collaborates with supply chain, process engineering, continuous improvement, and quality functions. The position is onsite, operates on the 3rd shift or as determined by business needs, and requires mandatory weekend overtime on a rotational basis.
