Bell is hiring a Front Line Leader – Tooling to supervise and direct up to 25 union-covered employees in the tool fabrication department at its Fort Worth headquarters. The onsite role manages daily tool fabrication activities, performance, safety, quality, cost, employee relations, production metrics, and coordination with supply chain, process engineering, continuous improvement, and quality functions. It requires a high school diploma or GED, five years of directly related tooling experience or a manufacturing leadership role, and offers a 1st-shift schedule with mandatory rotational weekend overtime, along with health insurance and other benefits.
