Description
The FLM provides functional leadership to production employees, organizing daily work, monitoring production schedules, supervising personnel and materials, and coaching teams during shifts. The role oversees safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, hygiene, staffing, machinery, raw materials, and production issues, and participates in safety meetings and employee performance reviews. It requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of hands-on experience in the food industry or related process industries, and leadership experience. The position follows a three-shift weekday schedule and offers a gross salary of 3,500–4,000 euros plus meal vouchers, commuting and bicycle allowances, hospitalization and disability insurance, and four additional vacation days.
