The Front Loader - Biller, also called Front-Loading Specialist, prepares patient registration and eligibility data in the Electronic Health Record before scheduled appointments. The role verifies demographics, guarantors, coverage, Federal Poverty Level, and insurance information; contacts patients to complete registration; audits data; supports Epic-related issues; and trains new staff. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior medical billing or front-office experience, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Compensation is $26, with full-time employment indicated.
