Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2+ years leadership experience in Front of House restaurant operations, preferably in an upscale dining environment
4+ years customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be self-motivated and organized
Comfortable interacting with staff and guests in a friendly and helpful manner
Able to handle a stressful, noisy, and crowded work environment
Innovative and open-minded about improving fine dining operations
Must be able to independently evaluate situations and make quick decisions

Must have or obtain TIPS certification prior to starting work
