Mitchell Martin Inc. is hiring a Front Office Automation Engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina, on a hybrid contract basis. The role evaluates, enhances, and potentially rebuilds UI and API automation supporting a critical trading platform, with a focus on Fixed Income capital markets and OTC derivatives. Candidates need strong Python development experience, recent hands-on Fixed Income experience, knowledge of interest rate swaps and other derivatives, trade and deal-ticket structures, business validations, and trading workflows, along with the ability to partner with business, trading, and technology teams.
