Park Hyatt Chicago is hiring a part-time Overnight Front Office Host to welcome late-evening arrivals, support guests throughout the night, coordinate with overnight teams, handle arrivals and departures, and provide thoughtful upselling. The role requires at least two years of front office, concierge, or guest relations experience in a Forbes-rated or luxury hotel, strong communication and problem-solving skills, familiarity with PMS and office systems, and availability for all overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. The position pays $28.00 per hour and is eligible for overtime and premium pay.
