Description

State Street is seeking a Senior Front Office Testing Leader to govern and execute testing for front-office Alpha implementations involving CRIMS, Alpha Data Platform, and related front-to-back integrations. The role owns test strategy, planning, execution, defect governance, reporting, risk management, client expectations, and coordination with implementation, performance, automation, product engineering, and client stakeholders. It requires strong leadership, asset-management workflow knowledge, Charles River IMS familiarity, and extensive experience in large-scale financial or technology transformation programs.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, Finance, Management, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 15+ years of overall experience, including significant experience in large-scale financial or technology transformation programs
8+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams in client-facing environments
Experience with OMS, PMS, EMS, IBOR, or similar front-office investment platforms
Preferred Qualifications: Direct experience in asset management, investment management, wealth management, or the buy-side industry
Exposure to financial services or investment management domains
Deep understanding of portfolio management and trading workflows across equities, fixed income, ETFs, derivatives, and multi-asset portfolios
Familiarity with Charles River IMS or similar OMS/EMS platforms
Client-focused mindset and ability to balance strategic direction, delivery execution, and stakeholder priorities
Cross-functional collaboration across testing, performance, automation, PMO, and technology
Experience working in agile and hybrid delivery models using JIRA and Confluence
Ability to lead globally distributed teams and vendors
Executive-level communication and reporting
