Front Office, Product Owner at Derivative Path

Derivative Path is hiring a Front Office Product Owner to own capital markets and OTC derivatives products from conception through delivery. The role manages pre-trade workflows, trade entry, trade execution, compliance, revenue metrics, requirements, backlog prioritization, stakeholder communication, and validation of functionality. It requires 10+ years of product management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, knowledge of SDLC and Agile, capital markets expertise, Jira experience, and strong collaboration and communication skills. The position is fully remote in Canada and offers CAD 130,000–160,000 in expected base salary plus bonus and equity.
