The Front Office Specialist serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing in-person and phone customer service, managing check-in and check-out, handling insurance authorizations and payments, coordinating patient flow, completing daily reconciliations, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer or patient-facing experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a standard office or clinical setting with occasional travel.
