Description
The role collaborates with cross-functional engineering teams to improve product yields and reliability in a semiconductor fab process loop. Responsibilities include communicating module issues, designing and analyzing experiments, interpreting complex data, leading cross-area engineering teams, aligning processes with global partners and sister fabs, and standardizing engineering best practices. The position requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science, strong analytical and communication skills, and interest in the semiconductor industry; internship or semiconductor experience and a track record of leadership and impact are preferred.
