The client is seeking a temporary frontend developer to support a design systems team during parental leave. The role focuses on building robust, reusable, well-documented components using Lit and Web Components, with strong emphasis on accessibility, semantics, API design, testability, and documentation. The developer will collaborate with designers, UX writers, and other developers, support component adoption across teams, and help maintain continuity and quality. The assignment is a consulting engagement with a start date to be agreed.
