Harvey is hiring a Frontend Engineer to build and evolve shared frontend infrastructure, including its design system and developer tooling. The role focuses on frontend architecture, scalability, performance, reliability, developer experience, and engineering velocity, working with product, design, and infrastructure teams to create reusable systems for Harvey’s user-facing applications. Candidates should have experience with large-scale frontend systems or platform-level infrastructure, systems thinking, improving developer experience, and influencing technical decisions across teams. Compensation is $193,400–$290,000 USD.
