Ro is hiring a Frontend Engineer for its Care Platform Clinical Workflows team to design, build, and maintain provider-facing web interfaces for clinical workflows. The role owns frontend architecture and implementation, improves application performance, accessibility, reliability, testing, observability, and monitoring, and collaborates with product, design, data, and clinical stakeholders. Candidates should have experience with accessible web applications, React, TypeScript, UI architecture, client-side performance, Turborepo monorepos, and performance instrumentation. The position offers a base salary of $182,300 to $220,000 plus equity and benefits.
