Description
Proton is hiring a Frontend Engineer for its Meet team to build intuitive, performant, and secure user experiences for its encrypted video-calling platform. The role involves developing and maintaining user-facing features, collaborating with backend, design, and other teams, and advocating for clean, maintainable frontend architecture while balancing performance, accessibility, and rapid feature delivery. The frontend stack is React and Rust, with TypeScript or another typed language, and the role requires extensive React experience, project leadership, and familiarity with audio/video applications, WebRTC, or messaging-layer security.
