Wellhub is hiring a hands-on Frontend Software Engineering Manager for its Partners Acquisition team in Brazil to lead a cross-functional squad building and optimizing the partner onboarding and acquisition journey for its wellness marketplace. The role focuses on high-conversion self-service experiences, experimentation and A/B testing with Growthbook, and a blended frontend/backend architecture spanning React, TypeScript, Kotlin/Java, AWS, and Salesforce. The manager will still code, review PRs, and architect scalable systems while driving engineering excellence, AI-assisted development practices, and effective async communication across distributed teams.
