Aras is hiring a full-time Frontend Tech Lead to drive technical execution and grow its frontend team building a complex enterprise low-code platform. The role combines hands-on production development, code reviews, architectural decision-making, AI adoption, automated testing, mentorship, developer experience improvements, technical debt management, and cross-team coordination. Candidates need at least five years of frontend web development experience, including two years in a formal Tech Lead role, along with advanced TypeScript, Web Components, modern frontend frameworks, testing, CI/CD, and agile experience.
