Description

The Frontend Software Engineer will develop scalable frontend products for a fintech company in Latin America, using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. The role involves translating UI designs into responsive interfaces, writing unit tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating applications with cloud services such as AWS, and participating in Agile processes. The position is an individual contributor role with guidance from senior engineers and may include mentoring junior engineers.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of software development experience, specifically in frontend development.
Experience creating unit tests for UI components using Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services via RESTful APIs.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes, preferably GitHub Actions.
Experience with backend technologies and API creation.
Familiarity with serverless architectures and cloud computing concepts.
Experience with Git.
Knowledge of frontend performance optimization.
