Blue Origin is hiring a frontline operations lead to supervise technicians and operators supporting mission, test, launch, integration, checkout, and operations of aerospace flight and ground systems in Huntsville, Alabama. The role plans and assigns shift work, ensures compliance with procedures and safety/quality requirements, provides hands-on technical support for complex or hazardous systems, develops team members, communicates operational status and risks, and drives continuous improvement. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant hands-on operations experience, at least 1 year of frontline leadership, technical documentation skills, team planning ability, digital-tool proficiency, and availability for nonstandard hours and industrial environments.
