Blue Origin is hiring a frontline operations leader in Huntsville, Alabama to lead technicians and operators supporting mission, test, and launch operations. The role plans and assigns shift work, ensures compliance with procedures and safety and quality requirements, provides hands-on technical support for complex flight and ground systems, develops team members, communicates operational risks, and drives continuous improvement in a high-consequence aerospace environment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of relevant hands-on operations experience, at least one year of frontline leadership experience, and willingness to work non-standard shifts and industrial field conditions.
