Regal Boats is hiring a full-time FRP Lab Engineer in Orlando, Florida, for a pay range of $65,000 to $80,000. The role performs lamination and process audits, oversees lab testing of fiberglass resins, gelcoats, adhesives, tooling, and other materials, supports process development and improvement, collects environmental data, and trains staff on lamination and infusion techniques. Candidates need proficiency with Microsoft Office, hand and power tools, reliability, English fluency, problem-solving ability, and self-motivation; an engineering background and fiberglass and resin skills are preferred. The position requires work in a non-climate-controlled environment, extended standing, boat access, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
