Description
Flanco is seeking an experienced FIFO Site Supervisor for civil construction projects involving formwork, reinforcement, concrete, detailed earthworks, and mine infrastructure. The role leads 20–25 crews, manages project resources, budgets, schedules, safety, environmental approvals, reporting, and scope changes, and requires at least three years of civil construction supervisory experience, relevant construction skills, a clean National Police Clearance, and a Manual C Class Driver's License. The position offers ongoing work across Perth and Goldfields projects, with crews moving between 3–6-month projects.
