The role supports children aged 0–6 during home visits, helping them develop their potential and reach individual milestones through early-childhood promotion. The position acts as a bridge between families, institutions, doctors, and therapists, adapts support flexibly to each child’s needs, and requires empathy, patience, and professional collaboration. Applicants should be state-recognized early-childhood professionals or have completed a pedagogical degree, ideally have experience with children on the autism spectrum, a driver’s license, and German B2-level language skills.
