The role supports children aged 0–6 during home visits, helping them develop their potential and reach personal milestones while working sensitively with families, institutions, doctors, and therapists. It requires a state-recognized professional qualification such as Heilerziehungspfleger:in or a completed pedagogical degree, preferably experience with children on the autism spectrum, a driver's license, and German B2-level knowledge.
