The role involves working in fruit processing, including sorting, preparing, and processing fruit; independently operating and monitoring production and filling systems; supplying materials to machines; cleaning and maintaining equipment in accordance with hygiene regulations; and supporting general production activities. Candidates need production-company experience, shift availability, solid German skills at B1 level, and an independent working style; food-company experience and a forklift license are advantageous.
