Wonderful Citrus is hiring a Fruit Sourcing Manager to meet fruit sourcing plans, coordinate and supervise daily purchases, analyze purchasing results, maintain sourcing documentation, manage resources, build relationships with growers and agricultural suppliers, collaborate with Operations, Packing, and Quality teams, ensure FDA and quality compliance for Persian lime production, and identify continuous improvement opportunities. The role requires a degree in agronomic, agricultural, industrial, environmental, or a related engineering field, relevant fruit-sourcing or agricultural supply-chain experience, leadership and negotiation skills, intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency, a valid driver's license, and availability to drive a vehicle.
