Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Foundry Service Operator/Mold Handler at its Wichita Falls, Texas facility. The role works under a caster to remove molds from a preheat furnace, position them for casting, apply wraps, dewax, repair, inspect, and complete post-cast operations. Duties also include furnace and oven operations, mold cleaning, equipment monitoring, paperwork, and heavy housekeeping. The position requires rotating 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., a high school diploma or GED, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to handle hot molds and perform physically demanding work. Starting pay is $24.15, with pay topping out at $28.74 after nine months, plus a $1.00 shift differential; medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits are offered upon hire.
