Description
The Sanitation position cleans and maintains factory and industrial equipment, assembles and disassembles machinery, removes grease and residue, cleans floors and work areas, inspects equipment, monitors cleaning-supply inventory, and follows OSHA and environmental regulations. The role requires organizational and time-management skills, hand and power cleaning tools, proper use of cleaning chemicals, and the ability to learn industrial-cleaning procedures; previous sanitation experience is preferred, while on-the-job training is provided. The position involves prolonged standing, walking, bending, and kneeling, and requires lifting 50 pounds at a time.
