Description
The Clinical Project Lead is responsible for delivering clinical studies and portions of studies in accordance with contracts, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. The role develops study plans, manages project teams and cross-functional stakeholders, monitors progress and quality, controls risk and scope changes, manages vendor relationships, and supports customer relationships and project financial performance. It requires a bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field, at least five years of relevant experience including more than one year of project management experience, clinical trial knowledge, and strong communication, leadership, organizational, and IT skills. The potential annualized base pay range is $93,100 to $232,800, with possible incentives, bonuses, and other benefits.
