Description
The Site Contract Specialist will prepare, negotiate, and finalize investigator contracts with study sites, coordinate site-startup activities, manage budgetary and contractual parameters, assess legal, financial, and operational risks, and support efficient site activation. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of contract law and pharmaceutical product development, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
