The Senior Site Contract Specialist manages the preparation, negotiation, and finalization of investigator contracts for pharmaceutical clinical studies. The role drafts and reviews agreements, negotiates investigator grant budgets and contractual terms, assesses legal, financial, and operational risks, coordinates site activation activities, tracks cycle times, and may mentor junior staff. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant academic or vocational qualification, and approximately five or more years of comparable experience, along with strong contract law, negotiation, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
