Hormel Foods is hiring an FSQ Associate Supervisor / FSQ Supervisor for its Progressive Processing facility in Dubuque, Iowa. The role supports food safety and quality processes, manages 4–6 quality auditors, leads employees toward quality standards, oversees sanitation and food safety, and consults with management. It is a first-shift, Monday–Friday position with possible weekend work, requires U.S. work authorization and no employer sponsorship, and offers a base pay range of $59,025 to $82,625 per year plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
