Description
The FSQ Manager leads the Food Safety and Quality team at a USDA-inspected meat snacks manufacturing facility and serves as an SQF Practitioner. The role oversees the SQF Quality System, HACCP plans, sanitation and prerequisite programs, regulatory and customer compliance, food safety culture, continuous improvement, and training of team members. It reports HACCP Coordinators and FSQ Supervisors and requires an associate degree or higher plus five years of food safety and quality leadership experience in the meat and poultry industry. The annual pay range is $85,000–$110,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
