In-N-Out Burger is hiring a full-time FSQA Beef Technical Services Manager in Lancaster, Texas, with alternate work locations in Lathrop or Chino, California. The role reports to the FSQA Department Head and serves as a subject matter expert for food safety, quality assurance, laboratory operations, regulatory affairs, sanitation, research and development, budgeting, vendor performance, process controls, and continuous improvement across beef manufacturing facilities. The position requires at least five years of meat operations or beef-focused facility experience, HACCP certification, USDA-FSIS and beef regulatory knowledge, and a master’s degree or related higher education is highly desirable.
