Description
This position at Little Leaf Farms LLC involves ensuring compliance with food safety and quality regulations through process performance audits. Responsibilities include overseeing various facility aspects like growth, harvesting, packaging, and maintenance, verifying compliance with company standards, and taking corrective actions when deviations occur. The technician will also approve/reject raw and finished goods, inspect products, monitor equipment usage, calibrate instruments, maintain production spaces, and enforce adherence to GMPs and SOPs.
