Description
The Quality Assurance Technician II is a senior, floor-based food safety and quality role responsible for overseeing production-line compliance, verifying critical control points, conducting in-process and advanced quality testing, supporting new product launches, investigating and resolving quality issues, leading root-cause analysis and CAPAs, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and coaching frontline teams. The role requires 4–6+ years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or regulated food manufacturing, bilingual English-Spanish communication, a high school diploma, and strong HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and food-safety knowledge; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred. The available shift is 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, with a salary range of $27.56–$31.80.
