Description
The Industrialist Hotel is hiring a Restaurant Server for its Food & Beverage department. The role provides warm, efficient, and knowledgeable service to guests, including greeting them, presenting menus, taking and entering food and beverage orders, delivering food and drinks, processing payments, handling cash, maintaining table cleanliness, and communicating guest needs to management or kitchen staff. The position requires customer service, multitasking, menu and allergen knowledge, attention to order accuracy, basic math and cash-handling skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift 25–30 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent and previous serving or hospitality experience are preferred, while POS and cash-handling experience are a plus.
