ResCare Community Living is hiring a Program Supervisor to supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role combines direct support, program activities, Individual Service Plan implementation, administrative duties, staffing and scheduling oversight, and community outings. It offers full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules, with full-time employees receiving a compensation and benefits package, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday pay.
