Description
The Facility Maintenance Manager supports a District Manager in maintaining KO Storage facilities, performing inspections, routine repairs, minor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, snow, security, and tenant-account tasks. The role works 35–40 hours per week, may require weekends or holidays, and splits time between assigned facilities. It requires field service and maintenance experience, mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to operate power tools and perform physically demanding work. The position pays $25.00–$27.00 per hour and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, PTO, and other benefits.
