SMCP is hiring a full-time Operations Associate for Maje at Woodbury Commons in New York. The role supports back-of-house operations and the customer experience through merchandise processing, store transfers, markdowns, visual merchandising, inventory control, cycle counts, stockroom organization, asset protection, safety, POS, and customer greeting. Candidates need at least one year of sales-support experience, strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and flexibility with scheduling; bilingual ability in certain markets is also listed. The position offers a base hourly pay range of $19.50–$22 USD, health and dental insurance, life insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, wardrobe, and a 50% retail shopping discount.
