PATH is hiring a full-time Safety Support Associate for its Interim Housing Team at the Colonial site in Long Beach, California. The role monitors the housing site and grounds, engages participants, coordinates with case management and security agencies, responds to security and crisis situations using de-escalation and nonviolent crisis intervention, and supports documentation and reporting. The schedule is Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with a salary of $21.71 to $26.36 per hour. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, obtain CPR/First Aid training, and pass tuberculosis, background, and drug screening; one year of relevant experience is preferred, but all experience and education levels are welcome.
