Google is hiring a Software Engineer to work on Fuchsia’s secure, reliable, flexible Bluetooth stack. The role involves implementing Bluetooth profiles in Rust, developing APIs for Bluetooth device communication, integrating with networking, media, and input layers, managing integration and certification tests, and collaborating with audio and other subsystem teams on capabilities such as low-energy audio. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, plus two years of software development experience in a language such as C++ or Rust, or one year of experience with an advanced degree.
