Ford Motor Company is hiring a Manager for Fuel Systems to lead approximately 65 engineers in the Vehicle Hardware Engineering group. The role owns global fuel system strategy, program delivery, quality, cost improvement, DFMEA, test methods, design rules, requirements, design verification, PPAP sign-offs, durability and safety forums, and supply-base coordination. Candidates need deep fuel-system engineering expertise, experience building and scaling engineering teams, and familiarity with Six Sigma, 8D, A4, Engineering Excellence, and Tech Club processes. The position is a Level 4 leadership role, requires United States work authorization, and is onsite.
